The Life Coaching Format:

• Complimentary Coaching Consultation
• 60 to 90 minute "Design the Alliance" first session
• One 30 to 90 minute phone call per week (session length depends on which coach and which program)
• Unlimited Email support or text support
• Occasional brief check-in calls

Life Coaching is a designed alliance between coach and client where the coaching relationship continually gives all the power back to you, the client. We believe that you know the answers to every question or challenge you may have in your life, even if those answers appear to be obscured, concealed or hidden inside.

Our Coaching is based on the concept that our lives are profoundly influenced by the ideas that are stored in our minds: ideas about life, right and wrong, God and religion, health and disease, self, education, etc. And that each one of us is 100% responsible for everything, everyone and every situation in our lives.

As we grow up, we are presented with all kinds of ideas—some accurate and some distorted—from people we accept as our authority figures.  Right or wrong, we come to accept these ideas, or concepts, as representing the way life really is and we come to see the world in that way.    Our mentoring is designed to assist you, in a perfectly logical and factual way, to discover and change those concepts which impede your health, happiness, success, and peace of mind.

We will teach you ways of improving your life by working with your own concepts, because as you  change your thinking patterns you can thereby change your life for the better. We have specific tools and processes that help you to make decisions, not through the distorted fields of muddled learning, feelings, beliefs and emotions but rather from a place of authentic clarity that can only come from inside of you.

If you have begun wondering whether you have to believe everything you have been told, if you have begun to check what you have been told with what reason tells you, or if you have started looking for clear, straight forward and honest answers to your questions, and if you have not learned how to ask your Soul what your “Soulful Purpose"  in life is, we have great tools and knowledge to help you find answers.
